15. Marques Little, DB/RB/WR, Williamstown, 5-10 165 pounds

Overview: Little rushed for 1,029 yards and had 323 yards receiving. At 5-10 and 165 pounds, Little is a hybrid type player on the offensive side of the ball. He has great hands and is really shifty with the ball in his hands. Little has great speed which is one of his key attributes. His Williamstown team takes advantage of his ability in different ways. They utilize him in the slot and most of his run plays are off tackle. Little is able to set up his blocks to find daylight. Little makes sharp cuts to make defenders miss and to cut to the correct hole. Little has big play ability and his highlight tape is filled with big plays. On Defense, Little enjoys coming up from his corner position to make a tackle in the run game. Little relishes the opportunity to make a big hit and dislodge the ball. Little came down with 2 interceptions last season and he has good ball skills with ball in the air.

14. Courtel Jenkins, DT/OL, St. Anthony's, 6-3 315 pounds

Overview: Jenkins has tremendous size for a nose tackle or a 1 technique. Jenkins is able to play in a two gap defense because of his size and agility. It is very rare for a player his size to have this speed and agility. Jenkins is very strong and can fight off the guard while tackling the ball-carrier with the other arm. Jenkins never gives up on a play. Jenkins will chase down the ball-carrier down the field and make the tackle. This is uncanny for a defensive tackle, let alone one of Jenkins size. In the combine setting, Jenkins showed advanced pass rushing ability that wasn't on film. Jenkins showed good hand technique and footwork.

13.      Kevin Wilkins, OL/DT, St. Joe's (Montvale), 6-3 278 pounds

Offers: Boston College

Overview: Wilkins played at Don Bosco for his first two seasons and, for his last two years, he transferred to St. Joe's. Wilkins started last season for the national champions at guard. He played the first half of the season until an injury sidelined him for a couple of games. Wilkins has excellent size for a college offensive guard. Wilkins is very agile and in Don Bosco's scheme he was able to block the second level with his athleticism. Wilkins has quick feet and he can reach block very well.

12.      Noah Brown, WR/S, Pope John XXIII, 6-2 200 pounds

Offers: Boston College, Rutgers, Temple

Overview: Brown missed most of last season due to injury, but in the games he did play in, Brown was dynamic. Brown is a long rangy receiver that uses his hands well to catch the ball. With his 6-2 and 200 pounds frame, Brown is such a  big target to throw too. Brown was a focal point in his team's passing attack. It says something when the coaches entrust a sophomore to be their go to guy in the passing game. Brown also made plays in the kick return game. With the ball in his hands Brown can make people miss and run through arm tackles. Although there is not film of him playing safety, Brown has the size and athletic ability to play the position.

11. Quenton Nelson, OL/DT, Red Bank Catholic, 6-5 295 pounds

Offers: Boston College, Old Dominion, Rutgers

Overview: Nelson has great size for a sophomore in high school. Nelson looks to be either an offensive tackle or guard at the next level. Nelson is athletic for his size and he is able to move his feet well on defense. Nelson has great strength and, on defense, he is able to shed blockers with one arm. On offense, Nelson is a mauler and drives defenders to the ground. Nelson shows the ability on defense to be athletic enough to play offensive tackle and be able to block at the second level linebackers.
