NUC FBS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Tyler Tettleton, QB, Ohio University

The Ohio Bobcats dropped into Happy Valley and left with a big 24 to 14 victory over Big10 power Penn State. The Bobcats were led by redshirt junior signal caller Tyler Tettleton's 371 yards of total offense. Tettleton completed 31 of 41 passes for 324 yards and two touchdown tosses. He also added 47 yards on the ground and one score.

Tettleton was only a freshman at Norman North High School in Oklahoma when he was named QB MVP at the 2007 NUC Dallas, TX (Cedar Hill) event. He was already showing off his superior athleticism that has made him a successful at Ohio University. He ran a 4.54 40, 4.25 shuttle, and had a 32-1/2-inch vertical jump.

Joe Bergeron, RB, Texas

Bergeron carried the ball 15 times for 110 yards and two scores in 37 to 17 win over Wyoming.

Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee

Bray completed 27 of 41 passes for 333 yards and two scores in big win over NC State 35 to 21.

Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina

Lattimore made his comeback from ACL surgery by carrying the ball 23 times for 110 yards and two scores in 17 to 13 win over Vanderbilt.

Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon

Mariota made his first start for the Ducks a successful one by completing 18 of 22 passes for 200 yards and three scores in 57 to 34 win over Arkansas State.
