NUC FBS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
WEEK 5
How does one become the NUC FBS Player of the Week? First of all the player has to have attended at least one NUC sponsored event. Secondly the player has to help lead his team to victory over another FBS opponent. This week two individuals helped their school snap long losing streaks with their performance. Both players helped non-BCS schools beat BCS football teams.
Co-Offensive Player of the Week
Stephen Morris, QB, Miami
Morris completed 26 of 49 passes for 566 yards and five touchdowns in 44 to 37 win over NC State. The 566 yards is a new Miami and ACC passing record. He has now completed 124 of 207 passes for 1,635 yards and nine touchdowns this season.
Co-Offensive Player of the Week
Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
Manziel treats football like a video game. He completed 29 of 38 passes for 453 yards and three scores while also rushing for 104 yards and a score in 58 to 10 beat down of Arkansas. Johnny Football has now completed 87 of 124 passes for 1,094 yards and 10 touchdowns versus zero picks. He has also run for 366 yards and six scores in just four games.
Defensive Player of the Week
Zachary Orr, LB, North Texas
Orr accumulated ten tackles and one TFL in 20 to 14 win over Florida Atlantic. After five games he is leading the Mean Green with 44 tackles. He also has one TFL, one INT, and two PBU's on the season

Tajh Boyd, QB, Clemson
Boyd completed 28 of 38 passes for 367 yards and three touchdowns in 45 to 31 win over Boston College. He also ran for 42 yards and one score.
Cody Fajardo, QB, Nevada
Fajardo completed 21 of 34 passes for 286 yards and three scores in 34 to 21 win over Texas State. He also ran for 95 yards and a score.
David Fluellen, RB, Toledo
Fluellen carried the ball 21 times for 213 yards and three scores in 34 to 17 win over Western Michigan. He also caught five passes for 34 yards.
Chuckie Keaton, QB, Utah State
Keaton completed 20 of 33 passes for 402 yards and four touchdowns in 35 to 13 win over UNLV.
Sean Mannion, QB, Oregon State
Mannion completed 29 of 45 passes for 433 yards and three scores in 38 to 35 win over Arizona.
