The midseason NUC East Ultimate Rankings are out. The
biggest change is going from a Top40 to a Top45 in the East Regional Rankings.
Each new addition is denoted by an asterisk. No player previously ranked fell
out of the Top45 meaning there are exactly five new additions. Each new addition is denoted by an asterisk.
Seven states are represented in the NUC East region.
Pennsylvania leads the way with 11 players in the Top45. They are followed by
New Jersey (10), Maryland (8), Virginia (7), Massachusetts (4), New York (3),
and the District of Columbia (2).
The NUC East Ultimate Top45 currently has 25 student athletes verbally committed to colleges. This means 44% of the players have still not made a decision on where they will attend school. Currently Penn State and Virginia lead with four commitments each. They are followed by Rutgers with three and Pittsburgh/Wisconsin with two each. But it is way too early to claim a clear leader with so many elite athletes undecided.
