2011 NUC Top 85 Mid-season Rankings - Southeastern Region

The midseason NUC SE Ultimate Rankings are out. The biggest change is going from a Top75 to a Top85 in the SE Regional Rankings. There are 13 new additions from last time. Each new addition is denoted by an asterisk. This means three athletes have dropped out of the midseason rankings.

There are nine states in the NUC Southeast region. Florida leads this group with 28 players in the Top85. They are followed by Georgia (15), Alabama (9), Louisiana (8), North Carolina (8), Tennessee (6), South Carolina (5), Mississippi (4), and Arkansas (2). The Southeast region produces twice as many DI football players as any other region of the country. Only 26% of the current SE Top85 remain uncommitted at this time.

Who leads the way with commitments from players in the NUC SE Ultimate85? Alabama currently has the most commitments with eight. They are closely followed by five schools that have six commitments each. These schools are Auburn, Clemson, FSU, LSU, and South Carolina.  \Florida State is not the only representative from the Sunshine State as Florida and Miami currently have five commitments from players in the SE Top85.
