It appears that the Tar Heel State is loaded again this
year. On Top is a huge left offensive tackle by the name of Bentley Spain. He
is followed by ultra-athletic linebacker Chris Register. Derrell Scott, Jr. is
dangerous in space and can make yards after contact. He is followed by Braxton
Berrios who happens to be a Wes Welker clone. Rounding out the top five is pass
rushing specialist Lorenzo Featherston. The North Carolina state rankings will
be updated at least two more times before signing day 2014.
